Sri Kaliswari Trust formed by Sri Kaliswari Group of Companies of nation's leading Fireworks, Safety Matches, Pyrotechnic, Metal Powder Industries etc., is registered under the Provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (as amended from time to time). It was established solely for the public and charitable purposes comprising relief to poor, education, medical relief and the advancement of any

distinction between castes, creed, sex, religion and community but upon the people at large. Sri Kaliswari Trust has started the Institution with sheer dedication to higher quality education and vision to contribute highly talented youth capable to make the nation a better one. The Trust started Sri Kaliswari Institute of Management and Technology (SKIMT) with the approval of the AICTE, New Delhi and the Govt. of Tamilnadu with the affiliation of Madurai Kamaraj University.
